Best service experience I have ever had! Major issue — engine wire harness needed replacement. The Ken Garff team replaced the harness days ahead of schedule. The Ken Garff techs were also caring and highly transparent. They brought several other major issues with the vehicle to my attention. Issues that weren’t disclosed when I purchased the vehicle recently at another GM dealership. They likely saved me thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars in repairs down the road. Thank you!

Great coordination on my Advantage Care Service and recall.

My Truck broke down with snow mobiles in tow. I had it towed to Ken Garff GMC because it was the closest Dealership. Marissa was very helpful coordinating the drop off after hours. Her follow up the following day was prompt and professional. There wasn't a lot of good news to be shared my truck was almost a total loss. But Marissa and the technician took the time to video and explain all of the issues. Her personality and professionalism made bad news sting less. I appreciate all of her efforts and help getting back on the road. I would go out of my way next time to service my vehicle with Marissa at Ken Garff GMC.
