I had the air-condition unit replaced, and was told the Water.pump was leaking and needed to be replaced. The work was completed very quick, same day and I got my care back the nest day.

Not the most pleasant customer service, but their car service is wonderful. I got my oil changed, and needed my tires checked because one tire was leaking air; they found a nail in my tire and fixed the leaking air at no cost. I will definitely go back, but it would be awesome if their costumer service didn't act like I was a bother by just coming in.

I purchased a used vehicle from them late 2025 and ran into several unexpected issues within the first few months. The general manager and the service manager went WAY above and beyond to work with me and get everything sorted out on my vehicle. We new we were going to have to make replace the engine to our 2006 Pontiac vibe it had way over 200.000 miles so made appt to do repaired our mechanic did the diagnostic came back with sever problems so we had engine replaced. So happy our experience with the shop, their ai apptment process,and the communicate between us and shop.

Our service was great except for I told them the last two times I went in there is a weird type squeaking sound in my wheels and they have not addressed it
Traveling from Tennessee to Washington State, our 2023 GMC 3500 HD developed a transmission issue (also towing an enclosed cargo trailer). We were able to drive to the dealership and without an appointment, Shawn and the Service Team was able to diagnose the issue. Part availability (7-10 days) caused us to leave the vehicle and trailer there, get a rental car, get a local hotel, and return to pick up the truck/trailer once repairs were complete. Stephen and Chad were an absolute pleasure to deal with! They did everything they possibly could on the deal they made me with my new truck. Im even lower than the payments I was aiming for, they got me a lower interest rate than what was originally offered, and even gave me a little more than I asked for on my trade. Did I mention I had a 3hr drive to this dealership? Because the trip was definitely worth it. If you're in the Market for a new vehicle definitely give these guys a shout.
