The overall experience was wonderful, the employees were kind, and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured or like we were being shmoozed in any way. Hyrum and Tenille were my direct sales and accounting team and they were both great. They took a lot of time with me and my wife both to understand the vehicle and the buying process in general. They were patient, informative and pleasant to work with and the whole kit and kaboodle was much easier than I recall the car buying experience being. Blew my turbo boot. Garff repaired the system and put new batteries in. One battery was left unsecured. I found the mounting bar and screws in the windshield wiper recess after a couple of days driving around.
First 7500 mi service for an EV which is a tire rotation and check antifreeze and multi point inspection. Since it was the first service it was free.

Purchased a used pickup though Brady, the seller is a loyal customer of Brady. Brady handle all the difficulties of the transaction including paying off the existing loan, providing temporary vehicle registration for another state and sending all documentation to yet another state.. Wow. Yes we were on traveling on vacation when our original pickup broke down forcing us to find another pickup to complete our trip. Brady came through. Brady was very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Brady again. Thanks so much.

I had the air-condition unit replaced, and was told the Water.pump was leaking and needed to be replaced. The work was completed very quick, same day and I got my care back the nest day.

Not the most pleasant customer service, but their car service is wonderful. I got my oil changed, and needed my tires checked because one tire was leaking air; they found a nail in my tire and fixed the leaking air at no cost. I will definitely go back, but it would be awesome if their costumer service didn't act like I was a bother by just coming in.

My salesman Dawson was excellent, he was not pushy about warranties or any extra add-ons! He was even willing to send me extra up close and personal videos of the truck before I drove an hour to test drive it!

We new we were going to have to make replace the engine to our 2006 Pontiac vibe it had way over 200.000 miles so made appt to do repaired our mechanic did the diagnostic came back with sever problems so we had engine replaced. So happy our experience with the shop, their ai apptment process,and the communicate between us and shop.
