Pro: when I reached out they were able to give me updates on my Truck. Con: the extended warranty and back and forth for coverage lead to a 2 week turn around. Maybe a little more communication on when to expect the car.
We had a positive experience purchasing our vehicle at this dealership. They kept the process simple (for a car purchase anyway). We didn't feel like we were getting jerked around like we have at other places.

My husband and I were looking to get a GMC and Stephen asked us if we had driven a Buick. I drove my mom’s car and it was good. He had us try the Buick and a GMC and the Buick was so comfortable. He was very personable on our drive tests and he was not pushy and let us drive the car to get lunch and discuss. He made it easy and I would recommend him to anyone.
If you go here, ask for Stephen. He was a GEM! Boss Erin was the pushy one (🙄), but Stephan and I, I feel like we bonded. This place has always treated us good, but Stephen made it excellent.
I've taken my car to Ken Garff for almost 4 years and they have been amazing. Every time I've been in there have been no issues and service is impeccable.

Zack was super helpful when I caught him with no warning. He was very professional even though he was not my actual salesperson (who was off this day). He answered my questions and identified a $2,750 incentive that my original salesperson had not mentioned. Good costumer service
I really appreciated a couple things. I was shown all the optional purchasing items so I at least knew what they were. Secondly, I didn't feel pressured to choose any of them that I didn't want. This was the case with both Ashton in sales and also in the finance department.
They are so great there! Will & Shawn are the shinning stars, but that doesn’t take away from the all the other great staff members in the service department. I truly feel like a valued customer when I come in. Thanks you!!!

Found a used car on the Nissan website. Price was reasonable. I got a call from the salesman, they sent over an estimate with no hassle. (Usually other dealerships demand you come in person.) this let me decide ahead of time if it was a car I could afford and wanted.

I HATE the new automated scheduling system on the phone, "Brooke" It's frustrating, and makes it harder to schedule an appointment. Scheduling an appointment overall is just frustrating and that's coming from a millennial with a tech background.

I am leary of going to the oil changes shops, but not here. I know they are highly trained to ensure proper service.
Our company was looking for a new GMC Canyon & Yukon and we were fortunate to work with Stephen Veeder. He found us exactly what we wanted, handled our trades fairly and quickly, and got our deals done. No hassle purchases. We loved working with Steve.
Danielle has been wonderful to work with. I have had to bring my car back a few times to track down the issue and each time she has a smile and wonderful customer service. I bring all my vehicles here and highly recommend them to anyone.

Ashton was great to work with and helped me get into my dream truck. The detailer was out the day I made my purchase and was told to bring it in at a later day when I was having running boards installed. Within the first day of have it at Ken Garff they were able to tell us what was causing our car to overheat and they had the issue fixed within a few days. Had oil change done here because when I bought my Bronco they added the cost of 3 oil changes to the price even though I didn't want it. Went here to try to recoup my money. The service was pretty fast and they seem like they did a good job.

I bought my truck here a couple of years ago and I just keep coming back because of their customer service. Also I have to shout out their service techs! Will, the service manager, gave me a call and looked at the records for my car and my recent service experience. He offered to have a different tech, Colby, take another look (free of charge), and sure enough, it was not brakes, rotors and tires that needed to be replaced, but both front CV axles, which is covered by the warranty we purchased with the car. While I am disappointed the car wasn't accurately diagnosed the first time, and that the problems it actually has are as dangerous as I suspected they were, I'm extremely impressed with ...
